  1. How can I contact you?

  1. What is your return policy?

Many products are eligible for return and a partial refund. Due to hygiene, most of our seating and positioning products are not eligible for return. Any product that has been opened can not be returned for a refund. Please review our Return Policy carefully to ensure your items can be return for a refund. 

  1. What are your hours of operation?

BuildMyWheelchair.com has customer service representatives available to help Monday through Friday, 8AM through 5PM CST to assist. 

  1. Can I call customer service to place my order?

Our Customer Service team is well versed in all our products. If you need help ordering anything, please give us a call and we can walk through the order with you- 844-269-4335.

  1. How long does it normally take to receive my refund or store credit?

Refunds or store credits normally take between 5 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items. All items returned must have a RA (return  authorization) number. If an item is returned without the RA number, the refund will be delayed. 

  1. What happens if I order the wrong product?

If a wrong product is ordered it is very important that you do not open the manufactures packaging. Call our office to obtain a RA number before returning your product. All returns must be done within 10 business days, and are subject to a restocking fee. Please refer to our Return Policy.

  1. How do I track my order?

We will send an order confirmation email to the email address you provide to us. You will receive a second email from us with your tracking number. You can also log into your account, go to your order history, and click on track your package.
