It appeared to be a genuine Permobil product. It didn’t get five stars because delivery was late. I ordered it on a Tuesday as soon as they opened and was told it was a two day delivery ,it came in the US mail three days later on Friday.

If you subsequently have concerns about the functionality of your wheelchair or other mobility related products, Build My Wheelchair, LLC will review with you anything that is related to the assembly of your wheelchair, but we are not responsible for any specific product or component failures or malfunctions.
