Free standard ground shipping on orders over $100 is applied in most of the US States. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may have different regulations of their own and/or charges included that may be added to the standard shipping cost. The pricing will generate accordingly if this applies to your order and area. Most items will arrive by UPS, DHL, USPS or Federal Express within 5-7 business days.
If your item requires freight delivery, including any heavy duty/heavy weight products, additional charges may be included and your product will arrive by freight truck in 5-7 business days from when product leaves the manufacturer. You will be contacted by a freight representative to schedule the delivery for when’s best for you.
Shipping can be upgraded, but please be advised, that if your product is custom or not “in stock” the expedited delivery will take place once the product is ready for shipment. Upgrading your shipping standards does not speed up the production process of your equipment from the manufacturer.
The Free Shipping Policy does not apply to returns or exchanges.
Important Information Regarding International Purchases, we will pay for shipping your order to the US domestic port of departure (within the lower 48 adjoining US States) as if you were a domestic customer. However, the shipping charges for overseas destinations including any taxes and duties imposed by your own government must be paid by you, the international customer. Not all products can be shipped internationally, and shipments to certain countries may not be available.
