    JAY LifePro Cushion

Highly active self-propellers need seating that keeps up and boosts propulsion – reliable support during every transfer, every push, every challenge. The JAY LitePro cushion meets that demand with uncompromising performance. Using a state-of-the-art multi-zone elastomer insert, the LitePro provides pressure relief, breathability, and stability in a durable, low-profile, ultra lightweight cushion.

One of the lightest and lowest-profile cushions on the market

At just 2 lbs. (0.9 kg) and only 2" (51 mm), the JAY LitePro is one of the lightest and lowest-profile adjustable skin protection cushions on the market. Its slim design integrates seamlessly into the wheelchair without adding bulk – ideal for active riders who value performance without extra weight.

    Microclimate control

Stay cool, dry, and comfortable all day

Skin health starts with moisture control. With 45% better humidity transfer than a traditional air cushion, the JAY LitePro cushion helps keep skin cooler and drier throughout the day. Reduced moisture buildup supports stronger, healthier skin and lowers the risk of skin breakdown, especially during long sitting periods.

    AirExhange for skin protection

An Airexhange mesh top layer promotes additional ventilation at the skin interface, helping keep the user cook, which is necessary to promote skin protection.

    Stay cool where it counts

The insert's breathable structure paired with the perforated foam base provides continuous airflow throughout the cushions, helping keep temperatures lower where it matters most.

    Integrated cooling channels

Horizontal and vertical channels integrated into the perforated foam base enhance cooling and moisture evaporation, complementing the airflow through the insert.

    Stability without sacrificing pressure management

Why compromise? The JAY LitePro cushion delivers more than twice the stability of a traditional air cushion while still offering a high level of pressure management. The result is a secure, supported sitting experience that promotes functional stability and confidence without giving up skin protection.

LitePro is comprised of two parts:

    1. A contoured, multi-layer closed cell foam base that delivers postural support and stability while keeping the cushion lightweight.
    2. The immersive multi-zone insert balances pressure relief with targeted support where it's needed without any seams.

Together, they promote stable pelvic positioning to improve propulsion, posture, and transfers.

    Multi-density zones

    Sleek, integrated design

The patent-pending elastomer insert allows for up to 1.6" (40 mm) of immersion, helping to redistribute pressure away from high-risk bony areas and support healthier, better-protected skin. Designed to stay securely in place, the insert maintains consistent skin protection, even during frequent transfers and active daily movement.

    Adjustable pressure management

Integrated, interchangeable pressure management pods allow personalization of the level of pressure relief to individual client needs. They can be used to enhance support by helping to accommodate mild obliquity, promoting improved alignment and a more balanced pressure distribution.

    Designed for everyday life

Built to last and easy to live with, the JAY LitePro cushion combines long-lasting performance with simple, low-maintenance cleaning. Durable materials and an easy-care design make it an excellent choice for riders who are always on the move and want reliability without extra effort.
