The XT4 builds on Magic Mobility's impressive experience in delivering extreme off-road 4WD power wheelchair performance. The XT4 boasts incredible stability, range, comfort, and control over even the most challenging of terrains.
The XT4's patented front and rear suspension, unique servo-powered steering, and high-capacity battery are combined with low-pressure, knobby tires. And it's powered by the torque needed in a world that's not flat. The XT4 is the ultimate wheelchair for outdoor adventurers.
Off-road drive wheels are fitted with 14" x 5.7" black pneumatic tires, with the option to add puncture resistant tire liners for ultimate off-road confidence.

Off-road powerchairs’ wide, knobby drive wheels deliver maximum traction over long grass, loose sand, rocks, roots, branches and mud, plus excellent shock-absorbtion for maximum ride comfort. Front, mid, and rear wheel drive bases fitted with our Off-road tyre are mostly used for the outdoors. Our entire range of powerchairs can be personally tailored with modular seating, power and legrest options and accessories to suit your daily needs, and to grow with you into the future.
Magic Mobility worked closely with an Australian rubber manufacturer to develop an Aramid fiber-reinforced rubber compound for improved puncture resistance. The challenge was to ensure that our Off-road knobby tires could still maintain an extremely low PSI whilst avoiding punctures.
We now also offer tire liners on our Crossover tires, which can be fitted to the Magic 360, Frontier V6 AT and Urban, and all Frontier V4 powerchairs.
Puncture resistant tire liners provide peace of mind for those concerned about leaks and punctures when going off-road or across more difficult terrains. They also serve to prevent punctures from everyday hazards such as broken glass, sharp rocks and prickles or thorns.
Superior 4x4 traction and stability
The XT4's front and rear wheels are mounted on their own pivoting arms that adjust independently to follow the contours of the terrain. This helps to keep all four wheels firmly on the ground and delivers a smoother ride, greater stability, and more power & control across even the most extreme off-road terrains.
Effortless, intuitive steering
Steering the XT4 is smooth, easy, and precise. Its servo-powered system eliminates the struggle of traditional 4x4 power wheelchairs, making turning and reversing effortless. Just point the joystick in the direction you want to go, and the front wheels will follow! It makes driving in reverse a breeze and simplifies three-point turns & tight maneuvers. With responsive control and no steering lock, the XT4 moves exactly where you want – with less effort and more confidence. Even on slippery or uneven terrain, the steering stays reliable and responsive, keeping you in control no matter where you ride.
Unstoppable off-road traction
Each of the XT4's four knobby off-road tires are driven by high-efficiency, high-torque 700-watt motors. Easily power through mud, sand, or snow, and over curbs & other obstacles. Fitted with two massive Group 31 batteries as standard, the XT4 will take you further off-road than ever before.
Leave No Trace
The Magic Mobility XT4 is designed to run at low tire pressures, reducing the risk of damaging trails and disturbing the natural landscape. In contrast, chairs with heavy-duty, aggressive tracked treads can cause significant ground erosion, soil compaction, and environmental damage, particularly in sensitive ecological areas.

Warranty Information
Warranty terms
COMMENCEMENT OF WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty period begins on the date that the product is first received by the customer, or thirty (30) days from the shipping date from Magic Mobility, whichever comes first.
REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT
Customers should contact the agent from whom the product was purchased. Magic Mobility will, at our discretion, repair/replace items that are considered faulty at time of manufacture.
The availability of replacement units is subject to the discretion of the agent, not the manufacturer. For more information regarding replacement units, contact your Magic Mobility agent.
VOIDING OF WARRANTIES
Installation of components by an unauthorized agent will void the warranty. If non-Magic Mobility parts are used or installed, it may void the warranty and effect the wheelchair’s performance.
Servicing to controllers or other electronic equipment must be carried out by an authorized agent. Any attempt to open or dismantle these items will void the warranty.
Batteries: gradual deterioration in battery performance due to being left in a discharged state or left in poor conditions (extreme temperatures, unclean or damp environments) is not covered under warranty.
Your wheelchair is not covered under warranty if it is submerged in water, or is exposed to corrosive liquids. Please note that salt water is considered highly corrosive and proper cleaning care and maintenance as described in this manual should be followed.
EXTENSION OF WARRANTIES
Warranty must not be altered, waived or extended. An extension to the warranty period is authorized by Magic Mobility on Magic Mobility documentation.
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Frame, bogie and trailing arms, forks.
One year warranty
The Magic Mobility wheelchair is under full warranty for the first twelve (12) months from the commencement date. This warranty does not detract from but is in addition to your legal rights.
Warranty exclusions
Damage or corrosion due to misuse, accidents or alterations
General wear and tear (tires, batteries, upholstery, scratches, damage etc)
Accidents, including collision, fire, theft and riot.
Alterations including modification and tampering.
Repairs performed or replacement parts installed by any person other than an Authorized Dealer.
A replacement part or accessory not conforming to Magic’s specification.
Replacement/repair parts warranty exclusions
Parts replaced under the warranty period are solely covered for the original warranty period of the wheelchair.
Spare parts warranty
Spare parts under the warranty period (current models): There is no extended warranty for parts.
Spare parts outside the warranty period (current models): A replacement may be offered, but has a limited
Spare parts (legacy models): A replacement may be offered, but has a limited 30 day warranty.
Additional notes
Magic Mobility will take reasonable steps to ensure that spare parts are available for 5 years after a model has been upgraded
Electrical parts – a replacement may be offered, but Magic Mobility but has a limited 30 day warranty Mechanical parts – a replacement may be offered for a mechanical part. The warranty on this item is limited to 12 months
