    BeasyTrans Model #1100

The model #1100 is the 40″ “Original S-shaped board” by Beasy. This model is ideal for automobile transfers. It has also been used successfully to boost or reposition patients in bed, and with transferring larger profile patients.

BeasyTrans - Plastic Transfer Board System is the most versatile patient transfer system on the market. This transfer board allows the patient to move about with ease. It has a swivel seat to allow for more movement options and if placed correctly it can aid in repositioning a patient in bed without the aid of an additional caregiver. Seat circulates a full 360 degrees on the base and can also be used to exercise hands, feet, and other body parts. Weight capacity: 400 lbs.

A choice of three models are provided for use at home, in the car, in the bathroom, and in bed.

Model 1100 (40" x 12"), is ideal for automobile transfers.

Model 1200 (27 1/2 " x 12") is smaller and perfect for small areas, especially bathroom transfers.

Model 1300 (32" x 10") works best for those with wheelchairs that have non-removable arm rests (ideal for use when wheels get in the way).

Beasy Premium Transfer Systems offer a safe transition from wheelchair to: car; bed; bath; commode and more, making transitions easier and safer for mobility patients. Each device is equipped with a rotating seat that allows patients to transfer into the correct position without stress. The seat spins a full 360 degrees, as well as slides along the base to provide smooth transfers. Patients can reposition themselves easily without the aid of additional caregivers. This innovation not only reduces the risk of shoulder, arm, leg and back injury to the patient, but also to the caregiver. Patients simply slide across the low-friction surface on a safe, stable seat that easily glides them from one end of the board to the other. Our premium systems can support up to 400 lbs. They may also be used to exercise patient hands, feet and other body parts.
We provide three different models to suit every patient’s transfer needs. One transfer system is versatile for short distance in-home transfers. One is designed for longer transfers such as to an automobile seat, or for bariatric patients. Another works well with wheelchairs that have non-removable arms, and is also useful in car transfers.

Select between three separate models depending on where the patient needs to transfer. One transfer system is versatile for short distance in-home transfers. One is designed for longer transfers such as to an automobile seat. Another works well with wheelchairs that have non-removable arms.

  • Size Chart / measuring guide
    power
    power
    A-
    Seat Depth
Measure from the most posterior point of the body to the inside of the knee, minus at least two inches. Some prefer more leg overhang to make room for their hand when lifting their leg.
    B-
    Back Height
Measured from the seat base to the top of the chair back. Power wheelchair riders need upper back support, particularly for the moment of initial acceleration.
    C-
    Hanger Angle
Determines how far the toes extend away from the body, measured from the horizontal. A tighter angle allows the electric power wheelchair to turn around in less space. Depends in part on ability of the knee to bend towards the perpendicular.
    D-
    Seat Width
Determined by the widest point of the body from knee to hip, plus an inch to ensure room to move. Consider bulk of clothing, particularly a heavy winter coat, if relevant.
    E-
    Front Seat to Floor
Measure the leg from the back of the knee to the sole of the foot. Then subtract the thickness of the cushion when it is compressed. Next, add a minimum of two inches for footrest clearance. Electric power wheelchairs are almost never footpropelled by the user - so excluding the additional two-inch footrest height for propelling is very rare.
